VIP Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Single Entry Policy: Each Individual Sponsorship grants access for one (1) person to the VIP Area.

Strict Ticket Validation: The venue utilizes a real-time scanning system. Once a unique ticket code (printed or mobile) has been scanned for entry, the barcode is immediately invalidated. Any subsequent attempts to use duplicate copies of that ticket will be flagged as void, and entry will be denied. The safeguarding of the ticket is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Location: The VIP Area is situated within the designated TV Zone at 111 N. State Street, located on the east side of the street between Washington Street and Randolph Street.

Event Schedule & Arrival:

Gates Open: 6:45 a.m.

Recommended Arrival: We strongly advise all guests to arrive by 7:15 a.m.

Parade Duration: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

VIP Amenities: Guests have access to General Admission bleacher seating and an exclusive sanitation area featuring private portable restrooms, ADA-compliant restrooms, baby changing stations, and hand washing stations.

Food & Beverage Policy: Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited and will not be permitted past the security checkpoint.

Child Policy: Children aged two (2) and under do not require a ticket for entry; however, they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap for the duration of the event to preserve seating for ticketed guests.

Refund Policy: All Individual Sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
